There is a new quality used furniture shop in Bodega called Ruby Slippers. Proprietress Rosemary has created a tiny slice of rural commerce. She feels the highest quality used furniture was made before the 60's so carries home furnishings from the 1900 turn of the century thru the 1950's. "I seek out and showcase high quality used furniture," she states. The early American and European craftsmanship is par excellent. You never know who you will meet in Rosemary's shop - but miracles can happen. Inside the shop you will find tables, chairs, desks, bookshelves, armoires, coffee tables, lamps and even the ultimate couch potato couch. Ruby Slippers is open by appointment and on weekends from 10am - 5pm.
