MARTHA'S OLD MEXICO

When Martha Lopez and Elvia Lobato opened Martha's Old Mexico it was somewhat of a historic family event. Martha had loyally served her family at the Old Mexico restaurant in Santa Rosa for over 20 years and decided to step out on her own. Elvia, kind and compassionate, tends to the PR and business of the restaurant, while Martha creates the gourmet Mexican cuisine with classy plate presentation. Martha's son Victor energetically manages the tables and festive garden patio. The menu features over 30 entrees, 1/2 dozen appetizers, soups, salads and sides. Fresh fish tacos, prawn and crab enchiladas and prawns Marineta are good choices. Beer, wine, coffee, margaritas and sangrias are served. Dining is in the festive and colorful main dining room or out back on the secluded open air garden patio, which is a perfect setting for a romantic enterlude, party or special event.
