Natural and direct light illuminates one of the most exquisite art collections in Sonoma County. Fine art photographer and founder Lorenzo De Santis was one of the first to exhibit photos of Christo's Running Fence and points out that "he represents over 60 artists; 80% from the inspirational Sonoma coast - wine country region; with the rest from northern California." LD's guiding force reaches down obscure back roads to the studios of some of the countries finest emerging artists to showcase their works in a ongoing series of exhibits. Everything in the gallery is hand made or "high touch rather than high tech". The enchanted stares of visitors caught up in the gallery's exhibits of jewelry, ceramics, textiles, blown glass, paintings, wood and bronze sculptures are often moved to purchase works for home or office. A visit to the Bodega Landmark Gallery is a opportunity to buy gifts that give and last for lifetimes. An excellent selection of post cards, note cards and amateur and professional films and supplies is also stocked. The Bodega Landmark Studio (est 1978) is open from 10am to 6pm, closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
